1. Shadow Across Text
Standing between the light and document casts a dark phone/body shadow, obscuring vital letters and national ID numbers.
۱. سایه‌افتادگی روی متن
قرار گرفتن بدن یا گوشی مقابل منبع نور موجب تاریک شدن بخش زیادی از نوشته‌ها، کد ملی یا تاریخ صدور می‌گردد.
2. Thumb Covering the Edge
Holding down the document with a finger or thumb covers border details, corner seals, or the photo edge.
۲. پوشانده شدن لبه سند با انگشت
نگه‌داشتن مدرک با شست دست باعث پوشانده شدن لبه‌ها، مهرهای حاشیه و گوشه عکس پرسنلی می‌گردد.
3. Shot at an Angle (Perspective Warp)
Taken from the side rather than overhead. The left side is distant/narrow while the right is distorted and enlarged.
۳. عکاسی زاویه‌دار و کج
عکاسی مورب از کنار سبب پرسپکتیو کج (سمت چپ باریک و سمت راست بزرگتر) و کشیدگی خطوط و متون می‌شود.
4. Booklet Not Fully Open
Passports or booklets that are half-closed produce curved, distorted text and unreadable spine gutters.
۴. نیمه‌باز بودن گذرنامه
کتابچه گذرنامه یا شناسنامه که کامل باز نشده و قوس دارد؛ انحنای کاغذ خطوط متن و شیار عطف را غیرقابل خواندن می‌کند.

The 4 Hallmarks of an Acceptable Document:
- Taken Straight From the Top (Parallel): Zero camera tilt or perspective slant. The card is a true rectangle.
- No Shadows or Flash Glare: Even, natural daytime or diffused ambient room light across every letter.
- No Fingers in the Frame: All text, seals, signatures, and stamps are completely unobstructed.
- Surrounding Background Visible: All 4 edges are intact with a bit of desk showing around it so nothing is accidentally cut off. We crop it cleanly for you.
۴ ویژگی کلیدی تصویر کاملاً مورد قبول:
- دید کاملاً مستقیم از بالا (موازی): بدون هیچ‌گونه زاویه یا شیب در دوربین؛ مدرک کاملاً مستطیل و تخت است.
- بدون سایه و بدون بازتاب نور فلاش: نور یکنواخت و طبیعی روز بر تمامی حروف و مهرهای سند تابیده است.
- بدون انگشت در تصویر: تمامی نوشته‌ها، تاریخ‌ها، بارکد و گوشه‌های عکس پرسنلی کاملاً آزاد و مشخص هستند.
- حاشیه زمینه در اطراف مدرک: هر ۴ گوشه سند سالم بوده و کمی از سطح میز در اطراف دیده می‌شود تا لبه‌ای کات نشود (ما حاشیه‌ها را برش می‌زنیم).
How to Capture Perfect Document Photos with Your Phone
Follow these 4 practical tips to prepare your documents in minutes:
Use Built-in Document Scanners
Instead of the regular photo camera, open Notes on iPhone (tap the Camera icon > Scan Documents) or download CamScanner. They automatically sharpen contrast and balance white background levels.
Hold the Phone Horizontally Overhead
Do not shoot at an angle. Hold your phone horizontally flat and directly above the center of the document (parallel to the desk surface) before snapping the picture.
Keep Surrounding Margins Visible
It is far better to leave a little of the desk background visible around the document than to accidentally crop out a corner, date, or stamp. We will crop the background out cleanly for you.
No Fingers: Use the Clear Tape Trick
Never hold pages down with your thumbs or fingers. If your passport or booklet snaps shut, use small strips of clear tape on the outermost edges to secure it flat to the surface.

استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌های اسکنر

نگه‌داشتن گوشی به‌صورت کاملاً افقی
از زاویه مورب عکس نگیرید. تلفن همراه را مستقیماً در بالای مرکز سند و کاملاً موازی با سطح میز قرار دهید تا ابعاد صفحه دچار تغییر زاویه نشوند.
دیده‌شدن کمی از سطح میز ایرادی ندارد
بهتر است کمی از حاشیه میز در عکس دیده شود تا اینکه گوشه‌ای از سند، مهر یا شماره صفحات حذف گردد. ما حاشیه‌های اضافی را به شکل تمیز برش می‌دهیم.
دست نگذارید: از ترفند چسب نواری استفاده کنید
هرگز انگشت خود را روی صفحه قرار ندهید. برای باز نگه داشتن گذرنامه، دو تکه کوچک از چسب نواری شیشه‌ای را به لبه‌های سفید بیرونی بزنید تا صفحه روی میز کاملاً تخت بماند.
