George Alizadeh, Certified Farsi to English Translator
I am an ATIO certified Persian (Farsi) – English translator and an OCT and TESL Ontario certified English and ESL teacher. I have worked as a translator and an English, ESL, and IELTS teacher for more than 19 years in Canada and abroad. I have a master’s in English from Allameh Tabatabaee University and was ranked third in the Nationwide Graduate Entrance Examination in Iran in 2003. I also have a band score of 9.0 in the academic module of IELTS. I appeared as an ESL teacher in Sweet English Language Series in 2005 and 2010. I wrote Conceptual English Grammar in 2009 and co-authored New IELTS Speaking Samples in 2007. I am currently teaching at York Region District School Board and Writing Riot in Ontario, Canada.
